This captivating drama is set in a neglected hotel in the West Mexican rainforest during the turbulent limbo of 1940. Here, a group of lost souls collide, including the grieving widow who runs the hotel, the disgraced priest turned tourist guide, a family of Nazis, a 97-year-old poet and his artistic granddaughter. Chaos ensues as these individuals clash, heightened by a relentless rain-storm and the uncertain backdrop of the unfolding Second World War.
